Agile Customer Care

Couple days ago I wrote to Agile Web Solutions asking if there were so kind and correct my 1Password for Mac license. Problem was that i got this license in one of their giveaways by another customer and he/she filled it with some typos in my fullname.

Agile Customer Care answered me in almost realtime with feedback that i should have my new license in my inbox (keep in mind that i don't bought anything from them for real money). What they achived with that? My lifetime recommendation for company support that i will spread to my friends explaining how customer support should be.

I wish all companies had such great customer oriented support. Thanks!
